| This new and prestigious University of Cambridge ESOL Certificate is now available in Italy. It is aimed at all present and prospective teachers of English in the public and private sector and can be taken at any stage in a teacher’s career. The course is practical in nature and has the aim of encouraging participants to experiment with new teaching techniques and to compare themselves with their tutors and colleagues about various aspects of class teaching. The programme is made up of three modules, of around 20 hours each in the classroom. Attendance is either weekly lessons of 2 -2 and1/2 hours or more intensive, in groups of 8-12 participants. The modules are self-contained. At the end of each module the relative TKT test can be taken, if wished, at …team lingue International House. A University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations Qualifying Certificate will be issued for each module passed.
