Team lingue International house, in compliance with the Privacy Policy 196/03, inform the person concerned that the personal data supplied by them, will be recorded on a database, in order to ensure that the relations between the person concerned and the owners will be carried out correctly, be it from a legal and a commercial point of view. The data of the person concerned will be kept and treated in such a way as to guarantee discreetness and safety. For completeness the owners refer to art. 7 TU, 1st paragraph, hereunder. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non existence of personal data , even if not registered, yet, and the communication of such data in an intelligible manner . The person concerned has the right to obtain the following information: -the origin of the personal data; -the finality and formality of the particulars; -the logic applied in the case of the particulars being carried out with the aid of electronic devices; information about the owners, or the people acting in their stead or the designated representative determined in art. 5, comma 2; -the people or categories of people to whom the personal data can be communicated to or can be aware of in the person of a designated representative of the Region or State or person acting in their stead; The person concerned has the right to obtain: -the update, the correction or integration of data, when this is required; -the cancellation, the transformation to an anonimous form or the blockage of the data treated in violation of the Law, including that data which is unnecessary to preserve , relating to the objective for which the data was collected or subsequently treated; -the certification that the dealings with, as in letters a) e b) have been brought to the notice, even regarding the content, of those to whom the data has been communicated to or diffused to, except in the case in which the execution of this is impossible or entails means disproportionate to the protection rights. The person concerned has the right to oppose all or in part: -For legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal data regarding them, even though relative to data request; -Treatment of personal data regarding them for the purpose of sending publicity or making direct sales or for the completion of market research or commercial information. |
