specific teaching qualifications (CELTA or IH certificate of English).

Internal training
Participation in conferences, workshops, national and international seminars.
Regular lesson observations by the Director of Studies.
Frequent meetings on the outcome of the courses and the effectiveness of the programmes.
The experience and preparation of the teachers is often fundamental in the development of communication skills in
the group or with individual students.
…….team lingue International House considers the constant training of its teaching staff , of primary importance. Training sessions are organised with qualified trainers from International House or British Council.
Regular observations are held by the Director of Studies and peer observations are strongly encouraged.
